Keith Williams has a long history of working with people. He also has an intense love for sports. These two areas, combined with his corporate consulting experience, make him an energetic and invaluable addition to the Northeast FCA team. The life experiences that God has given Williams will compliment those of the staff he will assist in prospecting and fund-raising. In addition to mentoring staff, Williams will help grow the Tom Landry Associates Program.
The co-founder and manager of Providium Consulting, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Williams is an expert in employee benefits and human resource consulting. He is quickly becoming a specialist in the area of sports ministry as well. Although somewhat new to the world of FCA, his years of knowledge gleaned through coaching high school football and time spent as a wrestler, football player and baseball player have more than prepared him for the task of working with athletes.
“In life, you have to get into your passion lane,” says Williams. “The best way for me to do it is through my love of sports and FCA. FCA is a tremendous mentoring program, and I’m fired up about what it can do.”
Williams knows results. After working in the life insurance sector for fourteen years, he helped oversee Providium’s establishment and then watched it grow to close to 50 employees. He also knows the importance of serving the community. He serves on his local YMCA and Junior Achievement boards. Along with his involvement in the community, he is committed to family. He and his wife Michele are the proud parents of Ryan, a collegiate lacrosse player at Gettysburg College, and daughter, Mary Kate.
Williams received his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from West Virginia University and earned his MBA in Marketing from Wilkes University. He and his family reside in Fairport, New York.
