It is hard to put into words to do it justice all of what God did at this event. We had an outstanding time at Still Waters Farm with our amazing hosts Duane & Vicki Prusia!! 

Here are a few highlights...

SHOOTING & HUNTING:

We had a great day of shooting clays on Friday. We started the day with an awesome pancake breakfast at the club then headed out to the course. There was some heavy competition, great shooting, and some serious trash talking going on! Friday night we put the birds to bed. We also hunted on Saturday and Sunday. We ended up with 3 gobblers down and 3 other opportunities that didn’t close the deal. All the guides did outstanding and everyone heard gobblers and saw birds. Our time in the woods was AWESOME!!

MINISTRY TIME:

Our time of ministry was special. We had the opportunity to share the Gospel message throughout our time together.  Each message tied into this year’s FCA annual ministry theme: “GREATER” from the Gospel of John.  One evening Jared Prusia (Duane & Vicki’s son) shared his personal testimony. On Saturday after sharing a message from John 3:16 “Greater Promise” we gave everyone an opportunity to invite Jesus into their lives if they had never done so. Six  youth and two adult's accepted Jesus for the very first time! Later that night during our adult huddle time, one of the adults shared his life long struggle of surrendering his life to Jesus. We took some time discussing with and praying for him, letting the Holy Spirit do what he does best. We watched as some major walls were torn down in this 67 year old man’s life and witnessed as he surrendered and asked Jesus into his life for the very first time! It was just amazing!

Eight people gave their lives to Jesus!
