ERIN LAFLUER
LACROSSE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Erin LaFluer brings eleven years of executive administrative experience to Northeast FCA as an FCA Administrative Assistant. Having worked with five board directors for Currier Plastics for over a decade, she has significant knowledge and insight when it comes to running an organization.
“I’m excited about organizing and streamlining processes to make things efficient,” says LaFluer. “My goal at Northeast FCA is to provide great support and solutions for daily office work that can free up our directors to focus on the big picture. I love that I can make a difference in the lives of coaches and athletes even if it’s not me touching them directly. It makes me proud to be part of an organization that serves our kids in communities.”
LaFluer attended Cayuga Community College in Auburn, New York and graduated with a Liberal Arts degree in 1998. She first learned about FCA through her nieces and nephews who played on FCA sports teams and got her sons interested in the organization.
“We went into the FCA programs knowing nothing and were beyond impressed with the organization,” says LaFluer. “What the coaches are doing for our kids is priceless. They’re turning our boys into young men of Christ! The families are all phenomenal too, there’s a great bond between everyone that participates in FCA.”
LaFluer lives with her husband, John, and their two sons, Joey and Thomas, in Jordan, New York. She and her family currently attend a local church called The Vineyard and help serve in a yearly event called Feed My Starving Children. LaFluer also bakes elaborate cakes for special occasions, including weddings and birthdays.
