Project 1: 2024 East Asia conference $15,000 matching opportunity
The annual meeting for updating, team building, training, fellowship, & prayer. Opportunity for NE Region and EA Region staff to build friendship & comradery. All NE Region FCA Staff are invited. Possible chance for NE staff to stay in the region after the conference to see local ministries in Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
Project 2: 2024 FCA Japan conference $5,000 matching opportunity
Bring together crucial staff, prospective staff, & volunteers from across Japan, and Will Thompson will raise another $5,000 matching gift for this conference.
Project 3: Add new Japan staff matching funds of $10,000
Purpose/Goal – Hire one new FCA Japan Director of Operations staff in FY2024.
Project 4: first new Taiwan staff matching $10,000 opportunity
Purpose/Goal – Hire one new FCA Taiwan full-time staff in FY2024.
Project 5: North Korea soccer camp & equipment $10,000
Purpose/Goal – support NK soccer camp ministry in FY2024
GO OPPORTUNITY
Project 6:Reverse-Go trip
Possible opportunity for Reverse-Go trip with East Asia staff before or after ICC & real-time. We will have 10 Korean and Japanese teams who will join Realtime. They pay for their airfare. They love to visit the NE field and to know NE staff.
