Steve joined FCA in January of 2025 as the Northeast Regional Director of Talent Advancement, where he’ll serve with others to recruit, hire, train, and develop those called into this wonderful ministry.  As a lifelong athlete and coach, he notes that the Lord aligned the experiences of his career into this role with FCA.  With a 20-year basketball coaching career in small college, prep and public high schools, along with high school athletic administration, financial services, and school administration, he has experience in so many of the vital components of Talent Advancement.  He considers team building, mentoring staff, strategic planning and visioning, and teaching to be some of the things he enjoys at work.   

A 1987 graduate of Gordon College, where he scored over 1500 points and was named to their Hall of Honor in 2018, he was named Honorable Mention All American in basketball, and also played baseball at Gordon for two years.  Steve has his MBA in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, and loves learning, cycling, golf, travelling, his family, and the ocean.  He is married to Pam, who is the Head of School at North Shore Christian School, and the father of four grown kids, and three (so far!) grandchildren.  He resides in Boxford, Massachusetts.
