WALLY WADMAN
Northeast Regional Board
Wally Wadman is the type of individual who values relationships and is faithful to serve those placed in his path if he believes it will bring glory to Christ. He exudes an intense love for sports, which was fostered in Boston, Massachusetts where he grew up in a house full of extended family and competition on the calendar every day except Sunday. He excelled in ice hockey and baseball in his youth, and was a three sport athlete at Tufts University. After graduating with a BA in Economics and Mathematics from there, his athletic accomplishments landed him a semi-pro baseball career. In the meantime, he completed an MBA at Columbia University. Taking his mentality for excellence to the investment business world, he rose through the ranks as a research analyst, working for both large and small investment firms. In 1989, he started his own investment management company, Constitution Research and Management.
A desire to reach out to youth through the platform of sports eventually led him to the ministry of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His intense involvement with FCA at both the local and national levels, coupled with his love for telling the stories of what God has done in his life, brings a passion that is contagious to anyone listening. Of FCA’s local ministry he says: “I’m very excited about the doors God’s opening and the opportunities that he’s making happen in the Northeast.”
Wadman has been faithful to serve on various corporate boards as well as the board for Lexington Christian Academy. He has also taught a Bible study for teenagers in his local church for over 35 years. Still in the Boston area, he remains chairman of Constitution Research and Management and enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife of 46 years.
